This power-operated slip bending roll is a reasonable alternative to the hand-operated 102. The solid engineering guarantees the necessary continuous accuracy even for the production of small bulks.

Details

FM 1R control system, foot switch, electric control, operating mode: single step operation
Rolls with seam groove and wiring grooves, ca. 700 N/mm² tensile strength
The top roll with pivotable bearing has a seam groove for the production of seam tubes
Lower roll and back roll are equipped with wire grooves. Adjustment of lower roll via lever whereas adjustment of the backroll is done via handwheel
Motorized drive of upper and lower roll: Working speed V = 6 m/min.
Double foot switch for clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation
